Take a quick ride and check any thing that might need to be repaired, this is especially true if you are going on a road trip
Check the oil and the filter.   Learning how to change you filer can save you time and a lot of money.  Check out all the controls to make sure they are operating properly.   The Controls are front & rear brakes, throttle, clutch and shifter.
Check your tire pressure often and carry a tire gauge if you are on the road.  Check out your owners manual and if will tell you what the correct tire pressure should be.  Air pressure can change with the temperature.   Make sure you check the condition of your tires.   Replace tires is they have 50 percent wear, cracks or signs of wear.
